Product Information and Pricing

coolmall Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; coolmall Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by coolmall Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. User Responsibilities
